Safety tips

A few habits keep giving and receiving safe for everyone.

  1. Meet in a public, busy place, like a sari-sari store, the barangay hall, or a church or school gate. In daylight if you can.
  2. Bring a friend or family member, and tell someone where you are going.
  3. Share your exact address only in the chat, and only with the person you chose.
  4. Never pay anything: everything on BayanBee is free. Anyone asking for money or a "delivery fee" is a scammer. Report them.
  5. Check food before eating it: look, smell, and read the expiry date. When in doubt, don't eat it.
  6. Something feels wrong? Leave, then report the person in the app or email us at bayanbeeph@gmail.com.
